With the be development in USSD for lightning network in Africa (mentioned by @kenyacoin ) are we likely to see the transformation of 3 million traditional mobile money agents in Africa into "Lightning Network Agents."?

Many of the mobile money agents already multitask, ... selling airtime, bill payment, etc.
And there already are examples of mobile money agents as well as cybers (i.e., cyber cafes where they don't sell coffee) adding bitcoin buy/sell as one of the services they provide.
