it reminds me of something i heard listening to a podcast with Joel Salatin a while back (i think on Joe Rogan’s show).
he said something like 9% of US GDP is spent on food today while 18% is spent on health care.
in the 1970s he said it was 9% on health care and 18% on food.
makes you think!
