Great list. I would add Generative AI to the list. Its ability to create original new content by harnessing huge datasets has been transformative, injecting fresh energy (and new scares) into the writing, music and photography industry. It has streamlined our operations and made work more efficient. But it has given rise to deepfakes, which may be used for the wrong purposes.
