Hello everyone, I don't usually post here, but I feel the need to warn my fellow Brazilians who use the Bipa exchange. Recently, I made a Bitcoin purchase that remains pending, despite already being deducted from my balance. Despite sending numerous messages, the exchange has shown no interest in resolving my issue. Although the transaction eventually went through, I ended up losing money. Therefore, I no longer recommend Bipa, which used to be my top choice, not even to my worst enemy. It's a regrettable situation that I hope other users can avoid.
