He wants to create a SQL database that connects buyers and sellers of cars. He would use a bidding system.

What I wanted was a SQL database that provided car specs (length, width, mpg, seats, etc.) and an average price range based on mileage on the car. Does anywhere know where I can get the raw data for something like this?
