Nintendo. What Nintendo does is harder to reproduce and has more lock-in. They also deliver fewer, yet higher value, sequels which ultimately leads to more lasting power imo.
Disney has a tendency to play out and wring out their hits. I can't stand to watch another Marvel movie/show/short at this point.

I wrote this post after playing Super Mario Bros 3 with the kids, and then watched Pokemon, and I realized how involved I was. I am interested, engaged, and I’m not a traditional “video game” nerd, but I still love it. Which prompted me to write this posted. Their IP is strong!

Disney might legally own Marvel, but they don't possess the skill to do justice by it's universe and legacy. They aren't the creator. You can't really acquihire true creativity.
Nintendo still possess that power, as they were the creator of their biggest assets.

Nintendo.
Oh and I can have my kids play Mario games to this day. Can I do that with Disney's content? Hell no.
