Inspired by a thread from @Bitcoiner1 on coffee consumption, I’ve decided to try dropping coffee / caffeine for a few weeks.
I think caffeine is a net positive on health/performance but have been a heavy consumer for too long and am curious how my body responds.
Main things I’ll try and track - sleep, energy levels, gym strength, mood.
If anyone else is feeling a little too dependent, give it a shot with me and let me know how you feel!
