Oh Lord, source of eternal life, we turn to You in this new day with gratitude in our hearts. Just as You said in John 6:35, You are the bread of life; he who comes to You will never be hungry, and he who believes in You will never be thirsty. We come to You today, seeking to satisfy our spiritual hunger and our thirst for peace and comfort.

May Your presence be the food that sustains our souls throughout this day. Grant us the grace to come to You at every moment, finding in You the fullness of everything we need. May our communion with you be constant and renewing, filling us with strength and joy to face the challenges that may arise.

May we always remember that you are our sustenance, not only physical, but also spiritual. Help us to trust You completely, knowing that You are faithful to provide us with everything we need. May Your presence be our source of hope and consolation amid the tribulations of this world.

Lord, guide us today in Your paths of justice and love. Enable us to share Your love with all those we meet throughout this day, carrying the message of Your grace and mercy to all who cross our path.
