Ordered from Dell because they are local, thinking I was doing Texas a favor. It's been on transit to me for 10 days from 40 miles away, a week over the expected date, and the dell rep says contact shipper, shipper says contact dell.

Call local shipping company hear a guy say "ah crap" then get hung up on. Got someone in Dallas on the phone. They said it's sitting on a truck in California (I guess distribution isn't local as reported in the carrier logs ...) and hasn't even been moved by the carrier yet. They can't give an estimate as to when it will move either.
Is this how you all are fighting the robots?
