That is correct. If you happen to have all three seed phrases you don’t need to know the xpub, it is contained within.

You need to know:
- Script Type (e.g. p2wsh)
- Derivation Path
- Public Keys (xpub) of ALL the 3 keys

Imagine you create a 2/3 Multisig wallet, using 2 hardware wallets and 1 software wallet.

You want to restore your multisig set up in another device BUT you only have the 3 privates keys and don't have any file from the wallets. 

Is it possible to restore it?
