Is it possible?
What’s the badge look like?
Personal opinion: I don’t mind KYC here if it means verification.
I plan on being a lifetime loyal user anyways.
Would bet big on SN and K00b

We might do badges. Might just be an orange-check like deposit. Feels a little more natural to relate it to sats staked/spent than anything else.

in a public facing town square like space, I think our history can easily serve as our reputation. Something I liked in reddit as well. One can get sense for the type of user they came across, length of participation, quality of participation, etc.

What do you want from this badge that requires KYC?
In circumstance where one can make an account with an e-mail address, you might come across people who make multiple accounts for whatever reasons. I don't know that it concerns me, but a phenomena that exists which theoretically but not necessarily limits.

Maybe instead of being verified, display the level of Trust as a badge. 3 badge levels to make it easy. Might be interesting to take a poll if users would want their trust score made public. I would prefer to see my trust score as well as other users but that may not be the majority opinion.

I don't think we need KYC, but the nature of spending Sats for posts would already thwart bots.

"I don't mind KYC for a 3D badge"
This is where most of our problems with KYC/AML begins, thanks to the people like you
