Running out of the soap that I bought from eastern Turkey, so I cracked two eggs and mixed them with honey to wash my hair, nomad hack of problem-solving! my hair is so soft and shining:)
I think I'm gonna do an experiment of no soap for a while - I've stopped using any shampoo for about two years, and definitely no conditioner, it's insane to put so many chemicals in your body. πŸ€”
My goal is to find out what's the best for my body instead of being told what I should use...

People forget that the skin absorbs the majority of what we put on it. If it’s not safe to eat it, we probably shouldn’t really apply or use it on our skin.
Think I remember reading some dude doing something similar to stimulate new hair growth and prevent balding. Egg & tallow products for the win.
Know many women can have thinner locks too. So will be interested to hair your progress ;)

Starting to use more beef fat for my dry hands instead of using petroleum jelly

a friend once told me that animal fat is the best moisturizer πŸ‘ŒπŸ½ but I'm using oil, more handy hahah.

incorrect, maybe more like this 😎
Eggs and honey??? That's interesting, I'd love to move away from all the chemical crap in products. Let me know how this goes for you and I might try the same.

I tried egg with honey before, it takes all the dust and oil out but without stripping your natural oil and yet moisturizing your hair at the same time, but maybe due to the change in my diet or environment, it works even better than before:)
I might do an experiment report in one month. πŸ‘€

I'll keep eyes on for that report. I might give the eggs and honey thing a try. Cheers Natalia πŸ‘Š
