There's a bot they call ChatGPT Uncensored on Telegram now. I've tried several different ones, including a few big tech ones and the Gab AI's that are more uncensored, and huggingface. This one seems one of the best to me on limited experimentation, just messing around. It still gives really weird answers of course, sometimes, but at least it doesn't pull the 'there is no credible evidence that any conspiracy has ever happened anywhere' crap. It won't give legal advice tho.

It also does free images, albeit pretty small ones, pretty quickly. Lots of the services are very slow and outdated, or cost, or are logged. Not sure if this one is logged or not, but here's what I made with it:
