She's absolutely right. There are so many jobs and industries that will get disrupted - we're going to have the biggest resurgence of Luddites that we've seen since... the Luddites.

I am mostly ambivalent and welcome innovation, though where it hits close to home it does indeed feel a bit unnerving. What really pisses me off is that I am sure governments and globocorps and hollyweird and big publishing have been using this stuff for a long time, but are only now telling us about it.
