No, I am not talking about sleep acupuncture points. Let me explain. I had sleep issues in my early adulthood. Because, I was quite the follower of Ayurveda since childhood, I searched for the remedy from there and then devised a formula which is based on a point system. 1 point for quality and 1 point for quantity. These points are given for every stage of sleep. The total should be anywhere between 7 to 10. I am sure it will help everyone if they can just follow and self assess their sleep. Last month, I scored 26 10/10 days. And the number has always remained in +20 days. Doin' some math helps... Haha...

Yes, example we are not supposed to drink coffee after noon. But I don’t particularly care. 5.30pm n having my second cup of coffee. I need caffeine to steel my soul for the night ahead of parenting haha

Parenting is tough and enjoyable task at the same time. Very soon I will be a father too. Speaking of drinking and eating before going to bed. Ayurveda strictly prohibits eating and drinking anything (except water) in the last two hours before you sleep. It's also advised that a person should eat according to his body type.

It’s also good science. No supper means better digestion. But I must say I love sipping my beer after my kids are asleep just to savour my Me time haha
