You are correct. Corporations have right of refusal. If you don't like a platform's policies select another platform or create your own. Don't go crying to the courts. 

It's interesting because corporation are extensions of individual freedoms and rights. So, they end up with rights. Any limitations made on corporations, are limitations imposed on individuals as well. Not arguing for or against. Just an observation.
