Maybe. But don't underestimate the power of limitless money in the name of a righteous war. And don't forget the willingness with which people will give up their rights when afraid, and give up the rights of *others* without any contestation whatever. 



I doubt they are hodling though. You aren't wrong. The argument that bitcoin is bad because of the people that use it is weak. It will not work in the long run.
