Despite all the political chaos, representatives of the Russian and European economies are keeping their trade relations alive as best they can. For libertarians, this is also a clear sign that the primacy of the market over politics is of greater importance.
Better not let the CIA know about that or there might be more "Russian" attacks on their own trade infrastructure.

Plus the refined oil products using Russian oil via China and India according to recent press. I'm reminded of an account from a British WW2 soldier I saw in a documentary years ago. After taking the German lines, at a huge cost in terms of Allied and German lives, they were astonished to find Germany had built concrete bunkers in the trenches... And then they found the discarded cement bags of British concrete manufacturers! Nothing changes, really...
