It's not so much that I'm searching for works with Bitcoin -- I read a LOT, and expect a wide variety of topics -- but the lack of it in contemporary fiction feels weird. It's a huge part of pop culture (my 84-year-old mom knows about it, so it's hardly niche) and of modern finance, so not seeing it feels like a gap. Kind of like if I kept reading contemporary books in which people only use landlines and not cell phones.
