I too am considering a mining rig for the learnings. The first thing holding me back quite frankly, is the noise aspect. I value my peaceful and quiet environment. The second thing is the heat aspect. I live between the Tropic of Cancer and the Equator, and at a low enough altitude that the normal temperature ranges from warm to damn hot.

Also considering an LN channel which may be better suited to my environment...we shall see.
