Yes its a public comment that insults Putin for sure.
But he likely knew already. And retaliation would stem from his vanity, not wartime strategy.

No I meant that Scholz by reveiling all this stuff is spitting into the faces of the allies, esp. the english. Maybe he tries to stop the war spiral...
