I had never seen before The system was overloaded with accesses, which caused this to happen. MSM BOOM !
Presumably just a blip during deployment of a new app container, but I don't think I've ever seen it happen live.

I'm not sure what would've caused it this round, but I have seen it happen before.
It usually only happens when a migration isn't backwards compatible but afaik there shouldn't be one in this case.
