I'm skipping a bit and sampling to see what's talking about.
and yes, there is always somewhere bright, even during dark times! The trick is being independent and NEVER depending on one jurisdiction, then the world becomes your playground instead of a cage - most people feel stuck because they depend EVERYTHING on the land where they were born.
