The case with Gemini and FTX is definitely not the same as 3AC. You're right crypto is able to turn a lot of pages apart from rising from tombs. I don't want to fall in controversy but I personally don't believe that SBF or FTX had ever thought of cheating. FTX only broke due to mishandling or inappropriate decision making. SBF should be released now with a benifit of the doubt for his immaturity.
