Agreed, at least with public comment period there will be an opportunity to align on fair information disclosure that isn’t straight out of Atlas Shrugged like the initial emergency and associated criminal penalties

Lol no, the non-political actors like Ercot realize the benefits of large flexible loads.
The political actors like Elizabeth Warren don’t care about any positive data and only are focused on control.
At least the court system seems to be holding the state to some levels of checks and balances
