You can kinda enforce it but simply removing the Like button on the UI of the clients. That's what i mean with:

In my view, Nostr clients should consider completely replacing likes(reactions) with zaps. Even a small zap of 1 sat would hold more value than a meaningless like. What is your opinion on this, should clients consider removing likes altogether to encourage more zaps, or should we maintain the current system with likes as they are? Vote bellow.
