I wasn't big on Reddit, only a reader, and apart from movies, anime, and some hobby stuff the only finance things I read were from the FIRE community, and their maths weren't mathing for me, and shilled a lot of ETFs I couldn't get access to so I moved on but I can imagine the doom and gloom has gotten a lot worse because that was like 2014/15
