I moved to Apple almost entirely now after using desktop Linux for a decade plus.
I’ve enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. I’m finding a lot of accusations down thread that it’s not capable of getting work done very puzzling. The range of applications I can install now on this very stable system allows me to focus on whatever work I am doing. It’s still Unix too so I have my familiar and friendly fish shell at arms reach.
One thing I did not expect was the responsiveness of everything, you can tell how deep the focus on a fluid desktop experience goes deep.
