Being JOAT definitely gives you an edge, but there are people who hardly value this trait. People with JOAT capabilities are Ike rare breeds who are always in search of what suits them best. But when they find out, they are unstoppable. Ok, I am also and JOAT and I am proud to be one. People disapprove me for not being so successful because I didn't give it all to one particular path that might make me successful but I'm happy as I enjoy my life more than those boring specialists who always do, talk, eat, sleep and of course shit their specialization everwhere.
