yes i woukd certainly check emplpyee desire before implementing.. already some interest..
i dont know the second thing, my hope would be that i just state the USD equivalent of what the employee was paid in wages, and do not need to document that they were paid in btc.. but as i explore this im feeling like the best route is just to pay em in fiat and maybe provide education opportunities for his to buy and hold btc, if anything.

Agree, educate them will be a great opportunity to educate the whole company workforce. If you dedicate one or two hours a month, enabling an internal group conversation will be enough to spark the light on some of your employees. Listen to them and what have to say. It might be a great opportunity to brainstorm together how bitcoin can improve your business and their lives too.
if you want my suggestion, try to play out of the "compliance" borders, it will be harder, but it will give you, your business and your employees much more in the long term

ya, education will be as far as i take it after researching.i think paying people with btc within these payroll solutions just neuters the vision of how btc should be used.. that is p2p and without CEXes.. best to just let them buy it separate from my company payroll.
