Like you said, it comes with a bunch of archived posts that already proved to be not worth the cost of a territory.
Now, it certainly could be the case that a particular archive is valued by a buyer. My suggestion would be to auction off the archived territories, but don't let the buyers delete the archives.

Mhh, good point. But the content will still be there until we added a checkbox to make the old content disappear.
But if you're going to rename a territory (and the old content is gone), it wouldn't matter if you buy it used or create a new one, no?
