In my opinion, SN is still far from the tipping point. If you take a look at the statistics, you will see that SN is still a baby. This idea of value to value in online forums is relatively recent and I think it doesn't make sense to most people. I've tried to bring friends on board and almost all of them say the same thing, why the hell would I pay for information if I can do a Google search and get it for free.

Same here and I replied with "because you can get paid, too" but then the response is just "why would I want to get paid for my comments, that's weird" lol
V4V is not easy to grasp, it will take time but I'm sure once you do, you'll want it everywhere

This is not for the average person. I believe in this model, but I'm aware that it's a limited market, albeit with a lot of room for growth. In short, I don't believe in mass adoption, which doesn't mean it can't be a big market. The average person either doesn't use social media at all, or just wants to scroll down mindlessly.

That’s a good observation. I assimilated to SN fairly easily because I have always loved chatting haha. Somehow replying my friends’ messages on WhatsApp drains me, but talking to random people from all over the world energises me a lot. I think it’s the novelty of the unknown haha
