@Scoresby and @grayruby, I'm having a try at resolving this issue, see here.
  • Could it be that you waited more than an hour to finish the post?
  • Could it be that you started the post and came back to it at a later time where certain fields were already prepopulated from your first visit?
  • Are you in the same time or different timezone as Austin (don't doxx yourself for this one, it's the most unlikely reason for me at this point).

It only happened that one time.
I've made polls without the error several times since.
Didn't wait more than an hour to finish it.
Possible I started and came back later, although tbh I don't quite remember.
