The headline says it all, yep, I love music, but I'm getting tired of swapping my sats for shitcoins just to enjoy a show. I'm thinking of not stepping foot in any music event unless they accept bitcoin, of course! I feel bad for the artists, but I refuse to be a slave. I'd rather pay with sats for a mediocre concert than with fiat for an amazing festival. Am I becoming too toxic? Maybe, ah, who needs festivals when you've got bitcoin?

The way Ticketmaster has ruined the industry also makes it so hard to even consider things like this, at least in the US. Basically, damned near every venue, band, and promotor in the US is locked into Ticketmaster/Livenation.
The solution, at least for the smaller band, is to take sats at the merch table, or find ways to take it online (is there Bitcamp But Takes Sats?). The really big ones would probably have a harder time pivoting.
