Look him up, he's currently the target of several class actions lawsuits from many countries (🇨🇲,🇫🇷, 🇺🇲, 🇨🇦), for creating a shitcoin, a bitconnect-like Ponzi scheme which he's used to defraud several Africans across the world. He enjoys protection from the CAR, they've issued him a diplomatic passport. He's possibly hiding in Russia.
