SpaceX has reported successful tests of mobile communications via its Starlink satellites. The tests, as reported by PCMag, demonstrated the effectiveness of Direct to Cell technology, which "meets or exceeds test performance targets," as per to the company's report to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
