The virtual card from Pay With Moon only works for U.S. e-commerce sites.
Can anyone suggest a virtual dollar card that can be funded with bitcoin that works globally?

Consumer fintechs like—Barter, Eversend, GetEquity, PayDay, Changera, Vesti, Busha—who have publicly announced the shut down of their virtual dollar card service will now look to other providers for this solution. Doesn't seem like there is any readily available.
Eversend, Changera and Busha are bitcoin-related in one way or another.
