This investment is thanks to a bipartisan bill focused on rebuilding infrastructure in this nation. We are FAR BEHIND the rest of the first world in this category, it was much needed and stop trying to make it a bad thing. And the more environmentally friendly ways/materials to do it are a GREAT addition. Why are you people on the far right so against doing things to save our planet/our species.
