That guy works much more than that. He just redefines what he calls work so that he can claim it's possible to do 4-hour workweeks. Good marketing. Not my cup of tea. Good you enjoyed it though :)

It's true that he works more than that, but the point is that he reduced the time spent on unproductive work that he hated doing. In his newly freed up time, he chose to do new productive work.
The book could also have been called How to Have 10 Full Time Jobs, but that would have been very poor marketing.

Because I work at a school, I would be quite depressed reading this book because I could never have a 4-hour workweek muahahah

That's true, but the methods might help you radically reduce how much time you spend on the administrative tasks that you don't like.
