Hay gente que lo usa para jugar y no digo que eso esté mal. Pero te tienes que centrar... Si estas jugando mientras carga el juego no te metas a una pagina web. Si estas programando no cambies de pestaña porque digas, "uy está compilando me voy a poner a jugar un rato". También los ordenadores/pantallas hacen daño a los ojos si no hay mucha luz. Resumen: Una el ordenador en su justa medida y si haces una cosa céntrate en esa cosa , no cambies de pestaña. ============================English from here================================== Computers are a very cool tool. Some people use it to play games and I'm not saying that's wrong. But you have to focus... If you're playing while the game is loading, don't go to a web page. If you're programming, don't switch tabs because you say, "oops, it's compiling, I'm going to play for a while". Also computers/screens hurt your eyes if there is not much light. Summary: Use the computer for the right amount of time and if you do one thing focus on that one thing, don't switch tabs.
