I have heard a ton of different ideas around water. One thing I am sure of is that I do not trust city water for drinking. It tastes horrible and who knows where it came from.
What is the best water to drink?
I know of distilled, bottled "drinking" water, spring water, high pH water, structured water, well water, water with crystals, so many opinions
Is using a charcoal filter sufficient?
Are plastic bottles bad for us to drink out of?
Is it better to stick to Gatorade?
Are electrolytes important?
How much water intake is actually ideal?
I love to hear er everyone's take on the drinking water
We drink a lot of water so we use a reverse osmosis to be extra sure we aren't drinking anything extra. Other than that I don't have much of an opinion.
I forgot about reverse osmosis. I have no idea what that is really.
It's a membrane (I think of it like a sheet of material with tiny holes in it) that only molecules the size of water and smaller passthrough. Most bottled water is made "pure" by reverse osmosis. Those big water filling machines at grocery stores are also reverse osmosis machines.
We filter, Also drink coconut water for electrolytes (way better than Gatorade).
That's a great idea. I really love coconut water.
I use a knockoff Brita style filter. Should probably do more.
Are those charcoal filter?
yes
