ODC #000008 - UX > IDEATE

Designing User Flows for a Bitcoin gift cards app

Scenario

You're a UX designer at a startup that is making a new bitcoin gift cards app (Bitrefill and BitcoinCompany are the competitor). It's the beginning stages of designing the app. You need to plan out the flow for how a user submits a delivery order, which you will then present to your team.

Task

Create a user flow for the entire process of buying a gift card with bitcoin: selecting your country, adding gift cards to the cart, checking out, and choosing the preferred payment method between bitcoin onchain, lightning network or anonymous ecash like cashu.
Extra Credit: Make a second user flow for the process of re-ordering an order the user has submitted in the past or refilling your phone credit.

Thank you very much for your contribution. I attach here a screenshot just for future reference. For the first flow, do you think the first step could have been automated? for example detecting the IP or the browser language and make the experience more personalised?

Thank you, this look's amazing! Interesting to see that you started form the onboarding/login-signin. Any particular reason for that? returning user?
Attaching a preview here too

Thank you @Design_r
And nope, there was no particular reason for starting with onboarding and sign in. Just wanted to show what the flow would look like for both new and returning users.
