Curious as to why states are doing this? Is it the worst thing in the world to allow construction workers water and shade? Stackers what do you think?

Labor is a market. The businesses that offer comfortable working conditions attract more workers. Just like with goods, (and monies!) the market should discover the cost of labor. Manipulation of the cost through things like those mandates are bad for the labor market.

Yeah I guess if it's a new law being added that's oddly specific isn't it. Weird for sure
