@supertestnet have you thought about you could insert a kind of an escrow service into this app? perhaps something like a third party security verification that can investigate and verify drivers?
and then security services can compete on levels of rigorousness and reputation?
edit: btw i think riders should be verified by third parties too. give drivers more information to help them keep themselves safe too
oh and let people quickly and easily share the status of their trips with a safety contact.
