Countdown to Madness
The March Madness survivor pool is shaping up to be a good one. So far we have 12 committed participants and already 7k sats in the prize pool.

I will be posting the first round matchups shortly. Survivor pool posts will come from @themadnessking so you may want to subscribe to that account.
For anyone who wasn't around yesterday you can still enter the pool by simply submitting a first round pick once the post is up. Entry and first round submissions will be available up until 1 hour before the first first round game.
Just for fun let's do a first four pick 'em as well. Posting will be up shortly.

Yeah, but I'm sure he's going to unleash some sick burns throughout the tournament, which should garner some comment zaps.
Hopefully, the participants appreciate that we can really juice the pot by increasing the post scores from that account.

I know you are a hoops guy but not sure how closely you follow college basketball. Do you have any idea why the first four includes four teams ranked 10 and why they play each other? I get the 16s playing to get in but I don't get why 10s play instead of 15s and why the 10s would play each other instead of the 16s. Would have thought it would be more like the NBA play in.

For anyone waiting for Survivor pool first round games post. I am currently unable to login to the @themadnessking account. I have notified @k00b and @ek of the issue. I will check again later today and post if resolved. If not I will post the games from the @grayruby tomorrow instead.
