A good read, but I wish he had said more about the parallels he sees between the Chinese cultural revolution and what is transpiring in the USA today. I guess I'll have to read this Ai Weiwei book he mentions and see if I can spot the similarities. I can already sense the social pressures that are happening in the U.S. but I want to identify the concrete examples so I can speak to friends and family about it.
