[API Key Request]

Hi, I would like to use API keys with the Stacker News GraphQL API for the following reasons:

• continue with spamming crossposting hopefully interesting content from HN
• in the future more clever and less hit and miss
• I sometimes crash because @ek still didn't fix my session refresh logic

I expect to call the following GraphQL queries or mutations:

• upsertLink to post links
• upsertComment to post comments

I estimate that I will call the GraphQL API this many times (rough estimate is fine):

Max 1x upsertLink and 1x upsertComment every 15 minutes. Fees are already high in ~tech and I definitely don't want to pay 1k sats on accident (and drain my whole wallet like when I was running twice)
