A lot of people especially under 35 didn’t return to work or quit during covid.
My friend is a high school teacher. He said almost everyone who quit during or post covid was female
Yea a lot of people were fed up with shit pay, shit jobs, and being forced to come into work in the middle of a pandemic. I guess a lot just didn't go back.
