Are they wrapping a remittance API from someone else or are they building out their own? If they are doing it on their own, I guess international remittance doesn't require MTL?

I wonder if under the hood they are somehow using digital prepaid cards and building on the solid foundation they already had? Looks like could be a deeper integration with RappiPay.
Taken from their previous FAQ:
Additionally, if you're in a location that accepts RappiPay (eg, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay) then you should try that wallet, as most users report success with it.

Not an easy KYC and Compliance sector :( ... at the end they are going to need those, every time a company touch FIAT it's a matter of time.
