It's not a great look, but getting a twitter account (software run by Elon and his dwindling security team) hacked is a lot different than getting their own software compromised. I can't imagine whoever's running the Trezor social media (or who was running it until they got phished) isn't the lowest person on the totem pole there, and if they practice basic Least Privilege, there's no concern about access to anything else.

(And since Trezor is open source, people would see if anything did happen.)
